Twilight made MTV history last night, with the #Twilight4Peat!! Twilight fans world wide voted and once again, we have proven, you can't beat our loyalty and devotion! Other fandoms, though amazing, can't compare to our determination.
Not only did we get #BestKiss AGAIN, cause face it there will never be another Edward and Bella. The tumultuous passion and the primal heat, mixes with the love and devotion that proves love is in fact eternal. But we also once again gained MOVIE OF THE YEAR!! Really they should never underestimate the sheer power of the masses to get what they want. Breaking Dawn: Part 1, was in my opinion the pinnacle of the saga. A saga that proves it only gets better with each installment.
Stephanie Meyer has given us a legacy and the plethora of directors have given us the ability to watch this legacy over and over again. But it is not only the movies that get us all going. But the soundtracks for each as well. I went through all the soundtracks looking for the perfect song to commemorate this monumental moment in Twilight history, and I can only think of one that would fit.
I tossed around the possibility of using It Will Rain by Bruno Mars, or A Thousand Years by Christina Perri, and even Bella's Lullaby the song we all hummed while reading the series, but I didn't choose any of those. The song that shows up both in Twilight and Breaking Dawn: Part 1 is what I thought was best to choose.
Congratulations to the director, the producers, to Lions Gate, and the entire epic Cast on yet another two amazing Movie Awards!! And of course Thank you and congratulations to the woman who started it all, Stephanie Meyer!!
